Workshops are in full swing with a COVID-19 plan in place. Please scroll down below for the Workshops Program. Fees for half day workshops are $15 for members and $22 for non-members. One-day workshops are $30 for members and $45 for non-members. When we have visiting interstate tutors, two-day workshops will be $120 for members and $180 for non-members. All payments are to be made online. To register for a workshop, please send an email to the Workshop Co-ordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NB: Registrations only open 3 months in advance of the workshop. When you have been notified of your place in a workshop, please confirm that by paying online.
For local tutors we ask for payment in full at least 2 weeks in advance. There are no refunds unless a replacement participant is found.
For visiting tutors, a $30 deposit is due on advice of your place, and payment needs to be made in full at least a month in advance of the workshop. The deposit will be considered non-refundable unless the place is filled by another participant.
The full CCS Payment and Refund Policy is as folllows: 1. International and Interstate Tutors 1.1 Payment (a) A place in a workshop run by a visiting tutor will be reserved when the required deposit has been receipted by the Treasurer and the Workshop Co-ordinator has been advised of the payment. The deposit will be considered non- refundable unless the place is filled by another participant. (b) Final payment is to be made by the due date, which is normally one month before the date of the workshop. (c) If places are available after the due date, only payments in full will be accepted. 1.2 Refunds (a) If full payment has been made and notification of inability to attend has been given before the due date, a refund of 75% will apply if the place is not filled. If the place is filled, a full refund will be given. (b) If notification of inability to attend has been received after the due date and up to 48 hours prior to the workshop, a refund of 50% will apply if the place is not filled. If the place is filled, a full refund will be given. (c) If notification of inability to attend has been received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop, and the place is not filled, no refund will be given. If the place is filled, a full refund will be given. 2 Local Tutors 2.1 Payment: The full payment for a workshop with a local tutor is due two weeks before the date of the workshop 2.2 Refunds: No refund unless a replacement participant is found.
