To register for a workshop, please send an email to the Workshop Co-ordinator at [email protected].
The full CCS Payment and Refund Policy is as folllows:
1. International and Interstate Tutors
1.1 Payment
(a) A place in a workshop run by a visiting tutor will be reserved when the required deposit has been receipted by the Treasurer and the Workshop Co-ordinator has been advised of the payment. The deposit will be considered non- refundable unless the place is filled by another participant.
(b) Final payment is to be made by the due date, which is normally one month before the date of the workshop.
(c) If places are available after the due date, only payments in full will be accepted.
1.2 Refunds
(a) If full payment has been made and notification of inability to attend has been given before the due date, a refund of 75% will apply if the place is not filled. If the place is filled, a full refund will be given.
(b) If notification of inability to attend has been received after the due date and up to 48 hours prior to the workshop, a refund of 50% will apply if the place is not filled. If the place is filled, a full refund will be given.
(c) If notification of inability to attend has been received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop, and the place is not filled, no refund will be given. If the place is filled, a full refund will be given.
2 Local Tutors
2.1 Payment: The full payment for a workshop with a local tutor is due two weeks before the date of the workshop
2.2 Refunds: No refund unless a replacement participant is found.
Fees can be paid online when your place is confirmed. Payment details are as follows:

As there are restricted numbers in each workshop please contact the Workshop Coordinator about the availability of your desired workshop.
- Fees for half day workshops are $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
- One-day workshops are $50 for members and $75 for non-members.
- Two-day workshops are $150 minimum for members and $225 minimum for non-members (subject to actual costs; fees could vary from these minimum amounts).
- When we have visiting interstate or international tutors, the workshop fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

- NB: Registrations only open 3 months in advance of the workshop. When you have been notified of your place in a workshop, please confirm that by paying online.
- For local tutors we ask for payment in full at least 2 weeks in advance. There are no refunds unless a replacement participant is found.
